CAREER HIGHLIGHTS * Successfully handled numerous PI cases to verdict, in state and federal court, as well as scores of arbitrations, involving motor vehicle, premises liability, products liability, subrogation, UM, UIM and other insurance claims. * Obtained a verdict for the widow in a recent Federal Court life insurance proceeds dispute, overcoming the significant complications she and decedent had created in the insurance application process years earlier. * Successfully fought a recently concluded 3-year Administrative Law appeals battle to clear the name of our law enforcement client improperly accused of physical child abuse. * Recently recovered the large amount of funds embezzled from our client, a law enforcement organization, thus helping to support its continuing operations. * Successfully concluded a recent excess policy coverage dispute in Federal Court, protecting our clients from potential multi-million dollar personal exposure in the underlying Wrongful death case. * In the face of a misguided out-of-state Order, successfully fought, through the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, a complex interstate custody battle on behalf of the biological father, and assisted Florida counsel on the litigation in that state. * Successfully handled numerous appeals through briefing and oral argument early in my career I briefed and argued the case of Vattimo v Lower Bucks Hospital before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, obtaining a favorable ruling on a crucial damages issue. * Became involved in ADR, receiving formal training at advanced mediation programs, nationally 1987 - 1992, and locally over the years. Participated as a co-faculty member in a number of CLE mediation programs. Trained 1988 - 1989, 1989 - 1990 in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), becoming a Master Practitioner in 1990. NLP is a dynamic communications skill set. Trained 2011 - 2014 and became involved in Collaborative Law, a newer ADR model.
