ACCOMPLISHMENTS Project Management * Managed onsite personnel and off-site help desk covering multiple locations in different states. * Initiated company-wide conversion to Office 36 including SharePoint, Exchange and One Drive * Designed IT-related construction plans for networking, lighting, power and more for individual workstations, counter positions and conference/training rooms. * Designed and implemented networking infrastructure and VOIP for connecting multiple state locations.
