Description
SUMMARY Quality Manager with extensive multiple facilities experience in quality, manufacturing engineering and design engineering within multiple manufacturing facilities. In addition, championed and supported quality improvement initiatives along/throughout multiple facilities, ensure that all managers, process owners, supervisors develop and maintained their part of the quality management system. Skills Implementation includes but not limited to: * Develop, direct and coordinate the Quality Management System within multiple facilities (API Q1 & ISO-9001). * Plan and perform internal/external quality audits. * Hire and direct within manufacturing, testing, inspection and document control. * Verify all documentation and data books are completed accurately. * Interface/communicate with other departments to solve quality related issues. * Promote general quality awareness throughout the facilities. * Initiate and monitor the effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions interim of the six sigma methodology. * Monitor NCR's by tracking and documenting them for weekly reports. * Manages budget for Quality and Manufacturing Engineering Department and allocates resources accordingly. * Manages the performance of employees through goal settings, ongoing assessment and coaching. * Provide technical guidance to employees. * Experience in dealing with clients and clients representatives. * Provide direct and indirect support (coverage, planning and evaluation) for major turnaround/projects. * Assign Manufacturing & Quality Engineers accordingly. * Experience in manufacturing engineering and design engineering. * Schedule third party regarding witness and monitoring points.
