Description
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS * Perform administrative functions to support office and virtual staff including: copying, faxing, distributing mail, tracking and ordering office supplies, and maintaining office equipment- such as the copier, printers and mail meter. * Handle telephone calls directs call traffic. Generates routine correspondence to State agencies. Greets and assists individuals who visit office or ward. * Use Word, Excel, Outlook, and other web based software in support of assigned duties and agency mission. * Use the computer to produce weekly reports and other reports as directed, analyses, spreadsheets, and other documents to assist Program Specialists and other designated supervisors. * Update computer logs for accuracy and takes action as appropriate. * Completes and updates State profiles with performance data. Coordinates with Program Specialists to ensure accurate and timely submission of data.
