PROFILE: EXPERIENCED BUSINESS CONTINUITY / Continuity of Operations (COOP), Crisis Management and Disaster Recovery professional with extensive experience in program development, management, continuous improvement and leadership. Experience in Banking/Finance, Mortgage, Transportation, Insurance, Science & Technology and Healthcare / Biotechnology industries. Self-starter and natural leader who consistently delivers high quality results. 2 Lead and manage the Operations (OPS) global Business Continuity & Crisis Management (BCCM) Program. Duties included: * Provide leadership and subject matter expertise for the sustainment and continuous improvement of the BCCM Program * Facilitation of work activities and directed a global network of sixteen (16) BCCM Leads across the OPS business function. * Set contingency planning requirements, program enhancements and implementation of global Best Practices and Standards. * Institution and completion of the first ever "Functional Exercise" beyond the normal "Tabletop Exercise" for our Single Point of Failure (SPOF) Warehouse and Distribution critical business processes Mark S.
