Description
Summary Project Manager DAS Construction of multiple simultaneous construction projects including planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of the Outside Plant Fiber / Copper (OSP), Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Small / Mini Nodes and Microwave links provided for the wireless carriers customers, large indoor venue, RF ID networks, Public Safety and Government agencies. Responsible for Blue Print Review (BPR), vendor and general contractor selection and management, develop Bill of materials (BOM), pre-con walks, punch walks, managing budgets, Change orders (CO), Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) selection and scheduling all installation time, labor and materials for job sites. Managed and facilitated with customers, vendors, suppliers and all stakeholders to ensure timely efficient on time on budget projects. Effectively manage of all designated projects, associated budgets and schedules including coordinating all deliverables and requirements of the entire cross-functional project team. Ensure all projects are completed according to the underlying contract and to mutually agreed upon timelines of the customer and the company and are in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. Regularly report to Senior Project Manager and customers of any issues which will impact timely project completion or cost, and pro-actively seek to identify and communicate any schedule and budget risks. Work with client engineering team to develop Acceptance Test Protocols to demonstrate compliance with set performance and contractual agreements.
