PROFILE: * Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French * Strong customer service skills. Strong phone and technical support skills Level1,2&3. * Knowledge of Cisco products and Microsoft Server 2003, 2008R2 & 2012 * Good knowledge of TCP / IP networks DFS, SMB, Radius Server San, Nas, And RAID, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches, gateways * MPLS routing / switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Vlan, STP. * Knowledge of IP Networks, Ethernet, MPLS & ISP architectures and platforms from a broad array of Vendor-specific and standards based technologies Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. * Excellent Team Player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Administration of Symantec Backup Exec tool, ACRONIS, PRTG Network Monitor * Proficient with all versions of windows and other operating systems including SCCM 2007&2012R2, Novell, Citrix XenApp, CA-DSM * Monitoring and virtualization with VMware or Hyper-V platforms * Good knowledge in GPO, Active Directory, MS Exchange/Outlook, Lotus notes, MS Office 2007, 2010, 2013 and 365 Internet Explorer
