Summary of Experience * Product Delivery/Releases: Have successfully led, managed and delivered high quality releases (Major Releases, IC releases, Hotfixes) of an enterprise application software. * Team building: Was responsible in building high performance teams and also for successful transition of the product to offshore center. * Project Planning: Prepared project plan and managed project based on Waterfall methodology. Later, I was instrumental in implementing and moving the team to adapt a Scrum kind of iterative process which included, defining and planning shorter releases, continuous Integration and Testing, conducting daily standup meetings, etc. * Product Requirements and Roadmap: Involved in analyzing, prioritizing requirements and deciding features for every release.
