Self Employed and work in family agriculture related businesses from 2012 to current. I started a landscaping/ residential repair/fence build building business on a part-time basis in 1999 while working at the bank and picked it up full-time after departing from Citizens National Bank since I was under a 2 year non-compete agreement. * Make minor repairs to home for retirees in my neighborhood and church members and for other customers from referrals to me by word of mouth. * Build wood security and privacy fences in the Hattiesburg and Petal MS markets. This business requires soliciting business writing contracts contracting labor calculating materials and total job cost quoting jobs to customers supervising contract labor negotiating with property owners and suppliers working with delivery drivers work on multiple jobs and meeting deadlines that depend on the reliability of the labor and favorable weather. * Over time I acquired numerous landscaping jobs primarily for clients that were my prior bank customers. * Repairs and upgrades to rental properties were done the properties could be liquidated not knowing that in 2014 that my wife would have a near death experience. * She spent over 30 days in ICU and I became her sole caregiver when she came home. This resulted in her above average income going away and her being declared disabled. *
