Description
I have developed and successfully lead the development and implementation of a 5-state Billing System for a major Telephone Company. To this end I have successfully managed as many as 50 consultants and on-site employees to achieve a streamlined Billing System that once ran as much as 4 hours per night as a cycle. But after the implemented newly developed system it ran only 45 minutes due to the deployment of simultaneous processing design and concurrent function implementation and re-design.
