I architected, implemented, launched, and acquired clients for a Preferred Employer bulk leasing program to target medical institutions, financial institutions, law firms for corporate discounts and executive relocations. I also instituted rigorous customer service program by utilizing surveys, mystery shoppers, and net promoter scores. All of these efforts yielded over 2,700 new transactions for PCVST in 2014 and netted a YOY gain of $19.5 MM thru reduction of incentives, pricing based on revenue management principles, and unpaid broker commissions. Communicator: Being a strong communicator is absolutely essential in the real estate industry. I am experienced communicating with the entire spectrum of real estate stakeholders including working C-level executives, interfacing with peers and staff, negotiating with industry partners, and interacting extremely closely with customers, who are ultimately the drivers of our business. I am a frequent presenter both internally and externally including: RFP presentations, internal management business updates, and customer communications. I also take my role as a people manager very seriously and spend time coaching my leasing team on best-in-class sales procedures, industry metrics (such as closing ratios), and customer service. Industry Professional: I have spent 10 years in the NYC residential multifamily market and have managed both luxury and stabilized portfolios ranging from 600 to 11,200 units. This broad experience has allowed me to develop strong reporting skills in order to analyze occupancy goals, manage pricing, and reduce customer acquisition costs. I leverage internal lead performance, leasing activity, renewal reports, and occupancy metrics to adjust base and amenity pricing weekly and set monthly goals.
