ACCOMPLISHMENTS * Received two Textron SPOT Awards in 2014 for Outstanding Customer Support of the Bell Helicopter IT Engineering department. * Implemented Serena Tracking Software into Bell Helicopter IT Procurement for clean and consistent management of software, hardware, and maintenance to refrain from charges from lapsed coverage, maintaining budgeted costs, and managing terms for each IT department manager. * Implemented Serena Tracking Software into multiple departments within Textron FSSC to nurture to each department's need of tracking incoming/completed tickets based on internal/external customer inquiries and develop metrics for analysis. Received the Textron Essential Piece Award in 2010 for managing the Serena implementation in the Textron FSSC Departments. * Designed, input data, trained users, managed full implementation, and actively monitor renewals in the Serena Tracking Software for Bell Helicopter I.T. and Engineering Departments Software, Hardware, and License Renewals.
