SUMMARY * Over 8 years of experience in Technical Support role with a broad understanding of computer hardware and software, including installation, configuration, management, troubleshooting, support and administration. * Installing and administering Server 2000, 2003 and 2008, including Standard, Advanced and Enterprise editions. * Racked new server / SAN hardware including stacking, wiring, cable managing and labeling machines, configure RAID sets for SAN or server disk arrays. * Backup and server re-build services using Symantec Backup Exec and Iseries system, Q/C (verify) the installation integrity prior to release of systems to business units. * Attributes: Discipline, ability to follow directions and execute orders, ability to work as a team member and work well under stress.
