These efforts required Building and Managing multiple Engineering Development teams, across the entire life cycle, as well as delivery of Acquired applications, working with selected vendors and staffing global engineering resources. In addition, I have vast experience in Communicating complex concepts in a concise and understandable way at the C-level associates, Program Management and Business stakeholders. I have provided key architectural and design experience, and consistently delivered the highest quality software in the company demonstrated with a ten year span of zero P1 defects across all of my applications.
