Description
To work in an organization where my experience in process improvement will help drive improvement within the company. i've spent a large part of my career working in manufacturing and process improvement to meet cost performance goals as well as improve process flow and reduce scrap. I have experience with; maintaining and improving process equipment, reviewing and releasing first articles, in-process troubleshooting, Black Belt Project teams, Gage R&R studies, Minitab, Cost/benefit analysis, Capital project planning, and training personnel on inspection acceptance criteria and other processes. Additionally I have experience with Special Processes, investment casting, component repair and I am well versed in high vacuum systems.
