ASQ- Increased profitability by developing and implementing more efficient, cost-effective systems and configuring the appropriate IT infrastructure to meet current and future requirements. Improved security, accuracy, and reliability through executing network upgrades, SAN storage expansions, and architecting a plan to migrate the in-house datacenter to a fully redundant global datacenter. Ensured the IT group architected valuable member business solutions, including marketing, operations, and financial management, and provided user training and issue resolution in support of customer needs and requirements. YMCA of Merropolitian Milwaukee- Positioned the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee as a world class organization by providing vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology, compliance, and security initiatives. Reduced Total Telco budget from $250K per year to $145K and became the first nonprofit to migrate 17 locations from individual key systems to Cisco CallManager VOIP. Lead the development team for eight YMCA locations to manage the maintenance and new development of an AS/400 Application (YMetro). Effectively managed a $1.5M annual budget for both operations and capital expenditures as well as individual project budgets from $200K to $2M. Completed and successfully delivered several failed projects in collaboration with American Orthodontics as BT Project Manager and Architect. Guided the Forest County Potawatomi as Interim CIO and Chief Architect as they transitioned to an internal IT department. This included staffing and completion of several large projects as well as recruiting and training a new Director of IT with an established path to CIO.
