Accomplishments * Slashed overtime by 30% while improving machine performance. * Created and implemented plant wide condition monitoring program (PdM program) * Designed and installed equipment modifications working in tandem with operations to enhance machine safety, decrease downtime, and improve overall machine performance. * Supervised maintenance project efforts to ensure projects were completed to company standards, on time and within budget constraints. * Spent 2.5 years traveling to our plants in Laredo, TX and Monterrey MEX in a maintenance and production training, and process improvement advisory capacity. * Recently managed $2.5 Million capital project (new LMC Flexo press). * Designed, built, and installed electrical machine safety gate system that improved operator access while maintaining safety integrity needed for efficient equipment operations. * Designed multiple upgrades to equipment allowing for condition monitoring while in operation.
