More importantly—I have a combined 20 years of professional experience where I have the knowledge and professional business experience to have been the Managing Member and President of a business brokerage acquisition firm that sold multimillion dollar companies from both the buy and sell side and the President/CEO of a wine company that distributed high-end wines to customers from all over the world. With respect to both endeavors I started, my role was heavily involved in recruiting and terminating staff, relationship building, marketing, compliance, contracts, negotiations, price structure/financial analysis, and other professional talents and skills. Furthermore, I know firsthand how important it is in the business world to focus on building relationships and coalescing with internal and external partners by incorporating respect, trust, integrity and leadership while delineating to the staff their key goals and objectives. Prior to starting both companies, my previous professional work experience was working at WellPoint Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield where I was the Relationship Liaison Business Representative for more than 50 state hospitals and co-represented hundreds of providers by helping them with numerous business initiatives insofar to be time-sensitive and critical. To give you a perspective about myself and my professional career is something that I am very passionate about. I began as an independent thinker who took the time, dedication and determination to build both companies from startup to fruition. While having strong competencies in sales, negotiating, managing people, hiring candidates, and procuring the right end product to suit the clients’ needs, I know first-hand from personal experience what it takes to work hard and cultivate a team—motivating them to reach and surpass their goals while being career driven and customer focused. Although my success is rooted in my entrepreneurial spirit; I have the business experience, knowledge and professional acumen to deliver in line with corporate vision. Moreover, within my companies’ framework—I represented leadership, integrity, determination, commitment, dedication and tenacity, which I truly follow to this day.
