Program plan and co-ordinate all project activities PMC including the provision of Detail engineering with managing multiple engineering disciplines as per Quality standards and HSE requirements. Lead supervise and guide and be responsible for Project Engineering and Construction implementation for all activgities related to the Pipelines (BVS Main Line and Transfer Line). Project plan execute control and supervise Design Engineering Consultants and for Lump Sum Turn Key projects. Perform project execution activities from contracting strategy technical & commercial evaluation contract execution and budget throughout Conceptual FEED and Detail Engineering construction and commissioning of surface facilities particularly in Pipeline Engineering for all field development projects in line with COMPANY's policy / objectives to ensure reliable and successful implementation. Experienced in Mechanical systems and plants oil and sour gas gathering flowlines and manifolds separation storage pumping facilities offshore loading facilities piping and pipeline systems mechanical packages water and gas injection facilities * Lead weekly progress review meetings with Consultants and Contractors to identify and resolve areas of concerns. * Involve subsea pipeline design mechanical design Wall thickness calculations on-bottom stability pipeline lift and drag Concrete coating Pipeline expansion analysis free spanning and support Stress Analysis Riser design calculations Design basis Material specifications Corrosion protection Anodes MTO Corrosion protection External coatings Anodes Pipeline inspection methods in-line intelligent pigging Pipeline Integrity Defect analysis Remaining wall thickness calculations Repair suggestions * Ability to efficiently manage all the interfaces between Operations & engineering and third party to provide the support to Asset Team during project development phases. Plans organizes and supervise routine and non-routine pigging of pipeline and operations. Experience with hot tapping and stoppling of pipelines Review and approval of Material Approval Request (MAR) and Inspection and Testing Plans (ITP) meeting with vendor to ensure all technical issues. Responsible for the Emergency Pipeline Repair System (EPRS) implementation and Input to inventory of material. coordinate with rotating static and other section activities work order control spares management and oversee the activities. * Contribute to Pipeline Operations and maintenance and to load data into Pipeline Integrity Management Systems (PIMS). * Participate in process safety management techniques such as HAZOPs HAZIDs and PSSRs. Proficiency in Pipeline engineering software's such as CAESAR-II PipelineToolbox PLUS ONE and AutoPIPE. * Pipeline network development in green field and brown field expansions. Fully conversant with SHELL DEPs and international codes (API NACE ANSI/ASME DNV OSHA). To prepare scope of work for tendering projects Technical bulletins carry out technical bid analysis and follow-up of minor projects.
