I’m a Telecommunication engineer with one year of experience in cellular and wireless Networks. I have worked on wireless cellular RAN Planning & Optimization for a major companies such as ZAIN-Jordan and telecom cube. Until recently, I worked on projects including 2G, 3G, 4G technologies such as 3G tracing, Monitoring ( 2G ,3G ) network KPIs, and constantly optimizing them by performing software and hardware modifications (frequency plan, parameters, features, neighbor relationships,antenna settings , etc.), Analyzing drive test measurements and taking proper actions in case of any detected problem, Planning new sites to improve the quality, capacity and coverage, Dimensioning the network for special events and normal traffic increase and Following up on customer complaints. I have Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Jun-2014, Jordan University. Colleagues know me as highly creative Engineer who can always be trusted to come up with new approach. But I know that the clients business comes first that’s why I spend a lot of time understanding the business before any suggesting ideas. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others.
