I was excited to see your opening for an accounting position, and I hope to be invited for an interview. My background includes data input via QuickBooks along with preparation of financial statements. Most recently, I worked as a CFO for a mid-sized contracting company with a focus in bonded contracts. My job duties included the preparation of all internal audits (including payroll, workers comp, and job costs), preparation of financial statements, and QuickBooks. Previously, I worked under Marvin Childs CPA as an assistant, as well as AARP and H&R Block as a tax consultant. I demonstrated the ability to efficiently and effectively handle tasks proposed to me and retained the knowledge necessary to become quality CFO. I consistently met my deadlines and strived to keep on task.
