Summary: * System Administrator with 5+ years of experience in Windows administrator, VMware vSphere virtualization and storage networking infrastructure. * Experience in designing, deploying virtual networks and upgrading systems, including hardware, software, networks, database, servers and peripherals equipment. * Extensive experience with Active Directory, GPO's, DHCP, DNS, IP, Subnets, VPNs, Network routing, firewall, LAN/WAN switching and Backup & Recovery, File & Print Serve, DFS, IIS (Webserver), FTP, Terminal Server, Microsoft Dynamics, Integration Manager. * Extensive experience in Windows 2012, Windows 2008, Windows 2003. Servers at single or Multi domain platforms. * Motivated, enthusiastic and pro-active System/Network with an excellent\'can-do\' attitude. Expert in Windows Server system administrator skills. * Professional, outgoing tier 3 supports and solutions provider for complex IT Strategies and initiatives to reduce maintenance and cost along with providing stable and reliable services. * Experience with Virtualization technologies like installing, Configuring, VMware vSphere. Creation, Management, administration and maintenance of virtual servers and clients. * Experience with Commvault Simpana Backup system installation, Configuring and managing for Virtual environment and physical servers. * Installing and managing Backup Tape drive system. * Experience with P2V, V2V migration using VMware converter. Creating host and clientVM templates and cloning. * Experience with creating and maintaining of exchange email account with MS Exchange 2003 & 2010 environment. Archiving email with PST. * Experience with SQL Database installation, Configuration per Developer requirement and maintaining for production environment including backup & recovery. * Experience with Dell, HP & IBM Hardware like rack-mounted servers, desktop and laptop and other peripherals. * Strong communication and people skills, both written and verbal. Able to assess & resolve client issues quickly. A proven record of reliability, the ability to perform under time constraints, and good judgement under pressure. * Ability to maintain a reliable and methodical approach to support and documentation. Quick learner, highly motivated team player with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
