based target tracking using ICA & PSO [C++, OpenCV] Built a target trajectory tracker based on background subtraction scheme, by finding an optimal de-mixing matrix using Independent component analysis and Particle Swarm optimization (PSO) for surveillance applications. 2D Motion Estimation [Matlab, Computer Vision Toolbox] Used pixel, block and region based motion models and calculated the motion parameters based on optical flow and displaced frame difference algorithms for multimedia applications. Robotic Motion Planning [Arduino, Embedded C] Implemented Bug 0, Bug 1 and Bug 2 algorithms on an accelerometer actuated line follower robot, to plan and navigate any given unknown path with obstacle collision avoidance using Infrared sensor network. MPI based Parallel Travelling Salesman Problem [C, Extreme Cluster & MPICH2] Implemented a parallel formulation of TSP on extreme cluster with dynamic load balancing using nearest neighbor algorithm and branch-and-bound tree search algorithm. Performance estimation and parallelism profiling have been computed with different parametric variations. Deterministic and Stochastic techniques for digital Image Restoration [Matlab] Implemented different optimization techniques such as Inverse Filter, Least Square Estimation, Constrained Least Square Estimation, Constrained Least Square Pseudo Inverse, Laplacian Constrained Least Square, Parametric Wiener Filter, Minimum Mean Square Estimation Wiener Filter and Maximum Entropy Pseudo Inverse filter for digital image restoration.
