Summary: Co-own and manage a ranch operation. Am currently responsible for a commercial cattle herd including purchasing, record keeping, daily operation, and the marketing of all livestock, as well as over see the crops operation which includes the production of wheat, dryland milo and forage for cattle feed. In addition to the farm and ranch operation, I also operate a consulting business-collecting postmortem beef carcass data and presenting the results to producers in a manner that it can be utilized in cow herd management and sire selection. Summary: Provided leadership in crops, horticulture and livestock also sharing responsibilities for the County 4-H Youth Development program with the full time Extension Agent.
