COVER LETTER: To whom it may concern: From May 2012 to June 2014 Mr. Ankush Dhiman has a key member of our Traffic team at Camp Phoenix in Kabul. In June 2014 Ankush moved to Bagram and started working in our Theater Operations office. In October I made a similar move from another site to the Bagram as supervisor of the Theater Traffic Operations Cell. Ankush has been a vital part of our team from the day I got here and would be an excellent addition to any team that values good timely flow of accurate information. * Experience - Ankush has worked at the site level and the theater level. There are numerous forms, reports, and systems that we utilize to perform our mission. Ankush has the cross training and experience to step in and take over any of the tasks we perform daily. When a new requirement arises Ankush has the ability to utilize his knowledge and experience to quickly produce the desired result. * Mindset - Ankush has the ability so see the big picture and not just what he is working on. If something is not up to speed and I do not notice right away, Ankush will jump in and get us back on track. Ankush embraces the "take ownership of" concept and his goal is for everything that is done and reported by our team to be done right, on time, and reported accurately. * People skills - When Ankush joined the Operations Cell there was the potential for tension with the team members that had been here for years but Ankush quickly became one of the go to guys of our team doing what we strive to do process and submit movement requests, compile and submit accurate reports detailing all movement, write RFID tags . Ankush did this by delivering results and results only. Ankush has the same goals as the manager or supervisor know what needs done and do it. Ankush also has done an outstanding job of establishing a network of contacts and maintain a positive working relationship with those POC's that enable him to streamline flow of information.
