Skills Summary * Extensive Knowledge of Clinical and Epidemiological Studies along with a hands on experience in Phase 1, 2 and 3 studies. * Excellent Knowledge of Pharmacoeconomics including Decision tree analysis, Markov models, systematic literature review, Meta-Analysis & Health System Research and Policy Analysis. * Good understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines, Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics, Drug information, drug-drug & drug-food interactions, Medication Safety, and Post Marketing Surveillance. * Hands on experience on implementing total quality management tools using quality indicators and risk management, conducting Drug Utilization Evaluation and Market Research. * Ability to explain complex technical information in simple and easy to understand language. * Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced multidisciplinary environment. * Strong analytical skills and critical thinking. * Detail oriented with excellent organization, communication and presentation skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills and team player * Comfortable with frequent travelling. * Good understanding of marketing and sales process.
