• Preparing and implementing schedules • Managing and controlling general conditions costs • Setting and enforcing safety and quality standards and directing the overall field operation • Open and close the job site daily • Prepare daily reports including a record of material deliveries, subcontractor manpower, safety and construction issues • Receive and distribute material deliveries • Monitor the construction schedule and point out variances • Oversee support functions including temporary utilities and toilets, trash removal, laborers, safety precautions and job site security • Conduct weekly jobsite meetings to address scheduling, coordination and safety issues
