My professional and personal beliefs focus on the learning process. I worked the last seven years as a quality management implementer, ensuring the permanent cultural change happens through a “learning while on the job” approach. During those years, didactical and leadership qualities have been well aligned with master project management, excellent costumer relation and timing to make changes and improvements. I have coordinated and led over ten professional teams in diverse industry field maintaining a high employee and team engagement. Also, I have ascertainable experience writing procedure and induction manuals as well as designing reengineering and implementing organizational structures and administrative systems in large organizations.
