Dear Sirs / Madam I have spent the last 26 years acquiring and refining my current skill set to meet the challenging demands in warehousing, supply chain and management. Financial acumen, KPI's, SOP's GMP's was part of the responsibilities in which I enforced and or created the process that enabled me to succeed with my prior employer. In 2014 and 2015 I earned awards for exceeding profit margins, customer satisfaction, increased productivity and employee safety. Meeting customer satisfaction and interfacing with their unique service requirements were challenges I confronted daily, in addition I also conducted my own sales with partnering customers. Accountability is one trait I instill in my staff and to eliminate or minimize errors but most importantly to learn from those situations. I am a strong believer in treating everyone with respect and that anyone can achieve the company’s goal.
