Using my extensive Residential Remodeling, and Real Estate Investing as well as Real Estate Sales experience to contribute through management positively effecting the bottom line of an organization. This could be as Project Manager or any number of Management Positions in Residetial Construction. With little training I would be an asset in the Commercial Construction Business as well. My experience with estimating, production and hands-on management used my critical thinking skills, complex problem solving and adherence to strict budgeting and scheduling.
