Accomplishments * Created a "Center of Excellence" in Philippines, realizing an annual savings of $6MM by leveraging economies of: location tool standardization contractual renegotiations multiple command center consolidations and streamlining of processes and staff. * Led the MSSB Conversion, one of the largest brokerage conversions in Wall Street history, spanning a two year period and involving 1,072 Branches, 6.6 million accounts, and $855B in client assets. * Led the consolidation of multiple regional command centers into the Americas Global Command Center and EMEA Global Command Center integrating it into a global follow-the-sun command center architecture. Significant reductions in operating costs and increases in productivity were realized as a consequence of a more business-centric transformation of strategy, staffing, and functional consolidation.
