CollapseDescription

Over the past 20 years, I have held leadership roles and driven impressive improvements across various fields of business. Most recently, I successfully managed technical projects to optimize IT support and enhance processes for a cloud-based information technology company.    As a support contractor to the Army’s Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC) at Picatinny Arsenal in 2013, I successfully navigated a non-standard process with the National Security Agency (NSA) to identify and procure encryption keys to enable secure transmissions and assessed the Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) for the RoadHawk System, an airborne ground-penetrating radar / sensor designed to detect explosives.   As a support contractor at Fort Monmouth from 2004 through 2010, I helped pioneer processes for Unit Set Fielding (USF) of communications systems to the Army as the Communications Electronic Command (CECOM) evolved to a system-of-systems approach and supported a successful Joint Battle Command - Platform (JBC-P) Acquisition Milestone Decision by integrating logistical requirements for the legacy Joint Capability Release (JCR), Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Below (FBCB2), and Blue Force Tracking (BFT) systems.   In addition, I am a skilled presenter and enable positive communication with cross-functional teams.   More on me:   · After graduating from West Point, I served our country for 5 years as an Army Officer, Military Intelligence.   · Led 50 Soldiers and 10 civilians with diverse skills and backgrounds as the acting Company Commander.   · Served as Assistant S2 of an Infantry Battalion and S4 OIC of Intelligence/Counterintelligence Battalions.   · Executed a $300K budget to equip a Counterintelligence Battalion dispersed among 25 offices nationwide.   · Negotiated Installation Support Contracts that resulted in net savings of $15K in recurring annual costs.   · Created and briefed Courses of Action (COAs) to support Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).   · Provided Intelligence Estimates, Threat Training and Security inspections/audits of subordinate units.   · ITIL® Foundation certificate in IT Service Management, Scoring 39 out of 40 (26 required to pass). Tied for highest score among co-workers trained.   · In between my Army service and present day, other employers included ESP and TEKSystems.
