Please accept the enclosed resume as an expression of my interest in pursuing the position of Field Service Technician. As indicated by my resume, I have been with EMC for fifteen years as a Senior Customer Service Engineer. I believe that my experience in the field, as well as my prior experience as a school teacher, will be valuable assets that I bring to this position. Throughout my experience, I have been given the opportunity to obtain plenty of knowledge on different types of EMC platforms. This wealth of knowledge has allowed me to implement meaningful, creative and engaging ideas when handling clients in the field.
