Description
Dear Sir/ Madam, Throughout my career, my contributions to each company I have worked for have been exemplary. In areas such as technical competence and commercial impact, I have demonstrated time-after-time, that I am capable, willing and able to perform in the top ranks. My career goals are to make full use of my experiences from various industries, my creative problem solving skill and my ability to be a positive agent of change. I have a thirst for knowledge which will greatly benefit your company. I have had Green Belt, DFSS and ISO auditor training. I have performed dozens of Root Cause Analyses (RCA's) throughout my career, successfully improving cost of quality. I have a formal education in Mechanical Engineering (BSME), as well as an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering, undergraduate coursework completed in Industrial Engineering, as well as Graduate coursework completed in FEA Analysis, Material Science and both Analog and Digital Magnetic Bearing Controls. I have been past Section President in ASME, where I also held other offices and participate as a member. I have formal Management Training and am a Certified Manager by the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM). As a compliment to this training, I am a Dale Carnegie Graduate. I get along well with people I work and socialize with, be they colleagues, customers, or suppliers. People describe me as technically competent, innovative, ethical, moral, fair and a 'straight shooter'. I respect company budgets as if I were spending my own money, so I spend it carefully and wisely. Being keen to the annual “bottom line”, I always question any proposed cost increase and am always keeping an eye open to ensure the good financial and environmental health of the company. I am proud of the company I work for, and will strive to protect and maintain the company’s good image. I hope you will consider me as an addition to your company.
