More than 30 years experience in different capacities of nickel and cobalt processing in Cuba. Foreign experience in business and technical solutions, including plant operations, design criteria for new plant startup, production control, well versed in nickel and cobalt refining, process control analysis, waste management, research management for process efficiency improvement, ability to manage working team to solve bottleneck in the process stream, experienced as a project manager, follow and implement procedures for safety and health, budget planning, investment requirement, and ability in knowledge management. Fluent in both English and Spanish.
