QUALIFICATIONS: * Designed steel and concrete structures using staad pro to model, assume cross sections dimensions. Used AutoCAD 2014 for planning and drawing detailed design. * Estimated bill of quantities for concrete and steel structures by using Excel sheets beginning with earth cleaning, surveying, excavations and filling, building foundations, footings, columns, beams and slabs. * Planned the project from contract signature date to last date of construction and tracked the plan by Microsoft Office Project 2014. Made the relationships between activities depending on logical steps of construction and inserted the cost for each activity as fixed or depending on the resources available for the project, then we fixed the baseline for the project to find EV, EAC, BAC, SPI, CPI, SV, CV for each activity. * Directed civil engineering projects, for example housing units, multi stories buildings, bridges, roads, rail roads, water main pipes for distribution installation with all fittings, Carbon Steel pipes installation for Water Wells with all fittings etc. Analyzes reports, Maps, drawings Tests. Calculates cost.
