PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY Mr. Malakieh has more than 14 years of experience in the environmental, industrial hygiene, and asbestos management field. Mr. Malakieh is experienced in indoor air quality assessments, asbestos surveys, asbestos abatement project design and management, and Phase I environmental site assessments. Mr. Malakieh has extensive experience in the area of industrial hygiene air monitoring, and air environment surveys, asbestos engineering services, including preparation of plans and specifications, project design, project administration, and construction surveillance. In addition to the Asbestos Air Monitoring and supervision, he also coordinates laboratory analyses, evaluates analytical data and writes project specification and survey reports. Mr. Malakieh also has good experience in the remediation sector. He has conducted ground water and soil sampling as part of the TCEQ superfund projects and Dry Cleaners sites conducted primarily in Texas. He has also participated in residential well sampling at multiple sites in Texas. Mr. Malakieh has performed multiple building Indoor Air Quality Assessments, Mold, and Asbestos investigations (sampling, laboratory result analysis and report/remediation specification writing). Also provides mold and asbestos remediation supervision. He is experienced in the use of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) assessment equipment (spore trap pumps, Tape Lifts, Dust, Carbon Dioxide readings and analysis). Experienced in Industrial/Occupational hygiene field experience with various chemical and physical agents. Supported implementation of HSE management system, regulations, company requirements and standards.
