To obtain employment in the field of Medical Technology, in a position of staff technologist or supervisor, and/or management of the medical laboratory to include oversight of laboratory operations, adherence to state and federal regulations in policies and procedures, to include testing, teaching, training, and management of laboratory personnel in any or all departments of clinical laboratory testing to include Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Serology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology, as well as, inventory management and ordering supplies for laboratory. Responsible for assignment of Proficiency Testing for laboratory staff, as well as Competency reports required by federal and state regulations.
