As an Architect, I have been involved in marketing for new clients, master plan design, design drawing, construction documents, specification, bidding, and construction observation. While providing Construction Management duties, I have completed many successful multi-million dollar projects through projects estimating, contract negotiations, preparing scope documents, bidding, coordinating contractors, vendors, and clients, as well as providing site management responsibilities.
