A career spanning over 20 years with experience in IT, Business processes and Administration, Vivek brings with him an extensive understanding of the IT Industry. An accomplished leader, he has managed, run and gained experience in functions that cover the gamut of running a Business portfolio. Currently as Program Director, he is leading a Multi country Global Warehousing program for a CP major for logistics capabilities, Customer experience and Resilience, responsible for program governance, P&L, CSAT and delivery. Previously, he was Delivery Project Executive for a large CP client, responsible for BI operations managing local and global teams, P&L and relationships aligned to client??s Innovation road map. Prior to this, he was the Global Service Delivery Leader for laying the foundational framework and delivering SAP ??Procure to Pay? ( PTP) Services to 60+ cross sector clients, managing teams of about 500 SAP professionals. He has led Global SAP implementation & AMS programs covering Supply Chain Management, Financial, Controlling, Procure to pay and Sales & Distribution processes spanning multiple countries, languages and timezones. His Steel industry experience enables leveraging Business knowledge in Supply Chain Procurement, Process re-engineering and Strategic Sourcing. He was key member in Booz Allen Task force on Strategic Sourcing and supported Gartner TF on Competitive IT strategy. He has good foundations in IT strategy, Business Consulting and Global delivery. Vivek is PMP certified, an Engineering graduate from BIT Ranchi and Corporate Post graduate diploma in Business Administration with specialization in IT from SCDL, Pune.
