Over 8 years of combined experience in manufacturing SAP execution and discrete biological fluid manufacturing. I work as SAP manufacturing specialist for Ortho Clinical Diagnostics Raritan NJ. I am SME for manufacturing execution for SAP. I have worked on various SAP projects including BOM updates and SAP tester during SAP implementation. During the SAP implementation project I worked on various stages of the project from business gathering, mapping out business processes, assist in business blue print, writing test script for manufacturing processes, execute test scripts, script defect analysis, assist developer during troubleshooting scripts, be the subject matter expert for consultant for onsite end to end manufacturing processes. During the BOM update project I implemented over 1200 of bills of material update via engineering control. The project implementation helped reduce $240,000 in component variance, reduced inventories which had direct savings in $170,000 and process improvements benefit. The changes included; component update, base quantity of products, assembly scrap percentage, process scrap at component level, create new part numbers for semi-finished goods, raw materials, finished goods and manufacturing aid. Also, I implemented guidelines to update MRP for lot size rounding procedures, which helped improve demand planning during process order release for bulk formulations. In addition, I have experience with FDA cGMP and GxP requirement. Last but not least, I have worked on writing training materials for end users as well as lead class room based training for new end users and SAP power users. I believe that I can become an asset to your organization as I have strong understanding in manufacturing processes, which I can use during implementation of SAP and able to map out customer’s requirement, which in turn can assist in achieving overall project’s objectives.
