My name is Phillip Laurer and I am looking to be hired by a general contractor, development or construction management company in the Sacramento area. I have extensive experience in this industry and have worked as Vice President of Construction, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Estimator and Regional Manager of Business Development. I have worked on various types of projects which include high rise / vertical structures, midrise office buildings, big box / retail centers, warehouses, auto dealerships, dining centers & fast food restaurants, structural upgrades, tenant improvements, schools, veterinary clinics, light medical office buildings and large expansions. I enjoy working with the client and a team of professionals who start with a concept and make it a reality. I am a self-starter with a strong work ethic who enjoys accomplishing tasks.
