I am a CSA Department Manager/Chief Structural Engineer with over 30 years of experience in a variety of industrial projects. The industries I have been associated with include commercial nuclear power plants, military and civilian facilities, shipyard and marine, mining, semi-conductor, cement manufacturing, and pulp and paper. My experience consists of over 10 years of managing the civil/structural department staff of engineers and designers, providing technical guidance on a variety of projects, developing scope of work and preparing design criteria and specifications, and review and approval of design documents. I have extensive experience interfacing with the various engineering disciplines as well as coordinating the design activities of engineering and construction groups. Moreover, I have excellent management and client relations experience as well as analytical and design skills to solve complex structural problems. I am proficient in the use of analytical and design programs such as STAAD.Pro, PCA-MAT, PCA-COL and a variety of design software.
