I have been a creative and effective leader at the divisional level with $60MM budgets. The roles have been turn-around challenges that demanded strong collaboration and large decisions in order to achieve success. My deep experience in strategy and strategic execution, along with my ability to bring a team together to change organizational culture is a definite advantage for an organization facing the need to change or die. I prefer to work as a temporary executive or as a consultant with 6-12 month assignments, and prefer to work in the Boston to DC corridor.
