Has performed with distinction in each and every assignment with recognition for solid investigative work. * Advanced experience utilizing Vista FX Crash Reconstruction animation software, Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) software and reporting, Total Station Operation, and Crash Scene Animation * Ability to manage all aspects of the claims investigation, to include analyzing facts on issues in question, thorough review of interviews and statements of witnesses, claimants and other relevant witnesses * Obtaining and preserving physical and documentary evidence to support investigation coordinating necessary investigative techniques and resources, such as fieldwork through internal or external field resources, cognitive interviews, etc. and ensuring quality is accurate, timely and appropriate on all cases * Producing reports based on evidentiary findings, providing adjusters/adjudicators with the information required to progress the claim or prosecute as appropriate * Handling caseload across relevant jurisdictions while ensuring all tasks are completed properly * Testifying and presenting evidence at administrative and criminal court proceedings * Establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with insured's, claimants, witnesses, lawyers, corporate employees, police and relevant bodies * Awareness of, and adherence to local laws regarding techniques used for information gathering in states where operating * Ability to successfully conduct highly sensitive and complex investigations ability to assemble comprehensive detailed investigative reports testifying at Hearings and/or Court Proceedings * Possesses solid interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
