As a professional with a 15-year history of leading diverse, multi-disciplinary clinical teams, I utilized my PMBOK-based knowledge set to communicate effectively with clients and staff to complete clinical trials on time and within budget. Throughout my entire career, I have been successful in building teams quickly, identifying and utilizing talent, solving problems, innovating, resolving conflict, and contributing to shared objectives.
