I have worked in extremely fast paced areas that utilize multi-tasking skills. I know the importance of that "First Voice" when your customer calls. I have answered 1200 calls per day, greeted patients, set up accounts, and scheduled daily appointments including travel and hotel arrangements, kept schedule records for several doctors and filed medical claims for their patients. I have also worked as a legal assistant scheduling court hearings, filing court documents and reviewed delinquent loan accounts and assigned counsel for legal proceedings. I have worked for construction companies preparing correspondence and tracked lease files for rental payments and loans files for 12 coordinators. I have done payroll, ap/ar collections and dispatch work. I have worked with several sales groups that required correspondence and sales/management information and proposals to be generated bi-weekly and kept their sales figures up to date.
