Outstanding leadership, trained by the us army. Graduated from Officer Candidate School in 1971, (started with 650. Candidates only 135 graduated.) majored in park administration with an emphasis in landscape architecture. Have completed Oshawa !10 will be taking osha30 on line at Collin college.
