Accomplishments Developed startup of Southwest Distribution Operation for WestEx, Inc. (Now SAIA) Yellow Corp. established regional carrier group to acquire western US business. Developed Distribution schematics and configurations for entire transportation network. Installed a Central Dispatch Operation. Provided service to meet 97% on-time goal. Authored and implemented corporate-wide initiatives to drive cost reduction and revenue growth. Implemented TMS network monitoring system for FedEx, cost reductions of $150M first year. Following completion of TMS software, company required monitoring methodology utilizing managers and staff. Conducted brown bag meetings for managers to brainstorm service network improvements.
