To obtain a self-starting position where I can use my project management, human resources, and lean manufacturing skills together to create facility that is more efficient. To educate and teach employees in lean manufacturing, and enhance those skills to benefit the company. To create more efficient work cells and increase the quality of our products for our customers by creating and supporting standard work and removing errors and deviation in processes using Lean/Continuous Improvement tools.
